Leanna began her ABA experience after 10 years of active duty service in the Marine Corps. Upon completing her Bachelor's in Psychology at Campbell University, Leanna was drawn to the ABA field. She quickly began her journey toward becoming a BCBA at Del Mar Center for Behavioral Health under Dr. Becca Tagg. She earned her Master's in Special Education with a focus in ABA from Pennsylvania State College. Leanna is a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and the Clinical Director at Focus Behavioral Services. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out on the farm.

Damaris decided to broaden her skill set within the ABA field shortly after being a certified coach. Over the last ten years, she has honed her leadership and management skills within multidisciplinary ABA clinics. Damaris has served many years as a registered Behavioral Technician and has implemented services for various age groups and development levels. Damaris currently serves as the administrative director for Focus Behavioral Services.
